Refund Policy

This policy covers the Holiday Club app, once available. Guides, the calculator, the savings calendar, the Holiday Budget Planner, accounts and the newsletter are free, so there is nothing to refund.

First 30 days

If the app isn't useful, email hello@dimewiseclub.com within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.

Yearly plans

If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of a renewal, we'll refund that renewal in full.

Billing mistakes and how refunds are paid

If you were charged incorrectly, we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
